What We Collect

When you sign in with Google, Off-Book receives your name and email address. This is the only personal data we collect. We do not request access to your Google contacts, calendar, drive, or any other Google services unless you explicitly connect them via the integrations settings.

How We Use It

Your name and email are used solely to create and manage your Off-Book account. We use your email to send you service-critical notifications (e.g. account changes). We do not send marketing emails without your consent.

How We Protect It

All data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. Only you can access your personal content. Off-Book staff do not access user content except where required to resolve a support request you initiate.

Your Rights

You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us. We will process your request within 30 days. You may also export your data at any time from within the app.
